Domianta Pty Ltd trading as Colourful Wine ABN 73669902532 is the provider of all tickets and products sold via this website.

Please read the below Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket to one of our classes/workshops. By purchasing a ticket from Colourful Wine, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Sip & Paint and workshop tickets:

Your space is reserved only when full payment is received.

For Sip & Paint

Cancellation and refunds

Colourful Wine cannot offer refunds for no show.

A $20.00 non-negotiable booking fee applies to any cancellation/reschedule within the 72 hours’ notice. The balance will be transferred back to your account.
In the event that a class is cancelled or rescheduled to a later date by Colourful Wine. We will process full refund back to your account.

For all other Workshops, Kids Holiday Program and BYO Craft nights:

Your space in any workshop & kids holiday program is reserved once full payment has been received.

All our workshop & kids holiday program tickets are non-refundable. We cannot refund or give a credit due to the lengthy time preparation required for our workshop to run.

All purchases are final.

In the event you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send a friend along to take your spot, gift someone your ticket and make someone’s crafty day.

We have class minimum to meet, if we do not meet them and need to cancel a class, we may do so at any time and offer you a full refund. The refund will not exceed the purchase price of the workshop.

Private Events:

A $200 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total booking fee and balance is due 14 days prior to the event. Deposit is non- refundable if cancel within 14 days prior to the event.

Gift Cards:

We offer 1 year validity on all gift cards so please be sure to use it before the expiry date.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

Conditions of entry to our studio:

Colourful Wine reserves the right to refuse entry into or remove from any classes/events if anyone who is deemed to be intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs or acting in a way that is at risk to yourself or inappropriately towards other guests.

As a licensed venue we must identify any minors attending paint and sip classes. We will be checking ID for anyone looking under 18. Any minor must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

By booking a class/workshop for yourself or your child, you agree that you will apply with all safety precautions during your visit. Colourful Wine is not responsible for any injury/theft/damage or loss to your personal property that may occur to you, your child or children at our premises or during our classes.

Children’s classes/workshops:

By booking a ticket for your child/children, you grant permission for your child to use the tools and equipment under the guidance of our artist/instructor. You agree to release and hold harmless all employees and our volunteers of Colourful Wine of all claims or liability related to any accident that may arise as a result of your child’s participation in our classes/workshops.

Use of discount codes

Only one discount code can be used per booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We will never share your details with a third party, in accordance with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.

After purchasing your ticket, you may receive an email from us notifying you of upcoming events.
